Chinook Pheasants Forever has formed strong partnerships with several habitat groups over the last eighteen years and through these relationships many thousands of acres in Southern Alberta have been secured.

Chinook Pheasants Forever has contributed $438,000 to secure 6500 acres. These lands are open year round for the public for recreation, it is foot access only.
Chinook Pheasants Forever also contributed $10,000 to the Sage Grouse Translocation Program of 2011. This is a partnership between the province of Alberta and the state of Montana where 40 Sage Grouse were captured in Montana and released in Southeastern Alberta to supplement our endangered Sage Grouse population.
